Exchange policy

We are happy to exchange items purchased from galeriaindomita.com.do within 30 days from the delivery date. No cash return will be issued under any conditions. Items returned outside their respective period will not be eligible for exchange. Items must be in original condition and must not have been worn, altered or washed. Items must not have been used in photography shoots, Instagram posts, online, commercially or for personal gain. All packaging (including garment bags) shipped with your order must be returned. We reserve the right to deny an exchange if the item(s) returned are not in original condition or do not meet our quality standards. We recommend trying on all purchased items once received, to ensure adequate time to exchange items within our timeframe. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Store Credit policy

We are happy issue store credit for items purchased from galeriaindomita.com.do within 30 days from the delivery date, to be redeemed within 4 months. No cash return will be issued under any conditions. Items returned outside their respective period will not be eligible for store credit. Items must be in original condition and must not have been worn, altered or washed. Items must not have been used in photography shoots, Instagram posts, online, commercially or for personal gain. All packaging (including garment bags) shipped with your order must be returned. We reserve the right to deny store credit if the item(s) returned are not in original condition or do not meet our quality standards. We recommend trying on all purchased items once received, to ensure adequate time to exchange items within our timeframe. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Sale Items

All sale items are FINAL SALE and ineligible exchange without exception. Please note we do not do price adjustments on items previously purchased at full price. If an item is purchased on sale and the price drops during the sale time we are unable to do a price adjustment.

To request a return authorization, email gerencia@galeriaindomita.com with your order number and reason for return. You will be contacted by customer service within 24 hours, Monday – Friday.

  • To make a return using your own shipping service, we require a Return Authorization number on the outside of the package. (Contact gerencia@galeriaindomita.com for RA number.) In the event the package is lost, the customer will be responsible for tracking and routing the package back to galeriaindomita.com.do and getting it to our warehouse within the time period allotted for a exchange to be accepted. Please keep tracking number on record until the exchange or store credit confirmation email is received.
  • Returns must be received within 7 business days of the RA approval date for exchange or store credit eligibility. Any return received after the 7-day period will be returned to sender.
  • Shipments can take up to 7 business days after delivery for our e-commerce warehouse to process. Once we receive your return and confirm its condition is acceptable, we will process your exchange within 5 business days. Please note we reserve the right to reject exchanges or issue store credit for damaged goods that do not pass inspection upon receiving at our warehouse. Galeriaindomita.com.do cannot accept responsibility for any packages lost, stolen or damaged in transit.

We ship globally with certain exceptions. Duties and taxes must be pre-paid and will be collected at checkout.
